Understanding Branch IDs and User IDs

Xnvia uses unique identification numbers to distinguish between Branches and individual users within its network.

These identifiers help organize accounts, manage access and identify the appropriate Branch or user when assistance is required.

Branch ID

A Branch ID identifies a specific Branch within the Xnvia network.

Branch User ID

A Branch User ID identifies an individual user associated with a Branch.

Corporate User ID

A Corporate User ID identifies an individual user associated with a Corporate account.

Corporate Branch ID

A Corporate Branch ID is used to identify a Branch within the context of its Corporate account.

Why are these identifiers important?

• They help distinguish between different locations and users.
• They support account administration and operational records.
• They help identify the correct account when contacting support.

When contacting Xnvia Support, you may be asked to provide the relevant Branch ID or User ID.
